Back Once Again With The Ill Behaviour

So here we are again, the ABU! massive rolls back after a week in sunny Isle of Wight.

I've been without internet access for the last 7 days so apologies if you have contacted me and haven't heard back.
During my travels I met up with some buds whom I haven't seen in a while. Big shouts firstly to Duane and his family who I haven't seen for ages who gave us a gorgeous curry - courtesy of the perfect hostess, Claire.

Also I was invited to the vinyl emporium of the one and only Agent Finch. Here, I was treated to a cuppa, Hob-Nobs and many lost hip hop gems. I'm happy to report that I was schooled!
It's one thing to see Martin's vinyl in his Facebook photos but it's quite another to visit and see it in the flesh and actually hold it.
Respect!




And a shout to my homie L'il Frog whom I was able to give him personally his ABU! tee. We also did a bit of digging and had a chat over some cider. Good times.

Also, don't forget that this Saturday is Chrome's Stag-Do Jam in Norwich. This is gonna be a good one so if you can make it then it'll only make it even better!

As I might have mentioned previously there will be regulars from Heroes, Disco Scratch and ABU! all making their way to The Rumsey Wells, too. So if you like your hip hop cooked with an old school flavour and your funk topped-off with original breaks then say no more.
