Epica is a Dutch symphonic metal band founded by guitarist and vocalist Mark Jansen subsequent to his departure from After Forever.
This is from the requests, as I've never listened much to this band, or the previous effort After Forever. I know they took their name from a Kamelot album. I have listened a lot to Kamelot so I might get that up here soon too.
