Portishead Essential Mix 1995

Posted by admin on Wednesday, January 30, 2008

.com/blogger_img_proxy/Today's gem comes courtesy of Portishead's DJ, Andy Smith. This was an Essential Mix Session that originally aired on April 23, 1995. The programming is phenomenal and the mix is flawless. Listening to this takes me back to the two-night Portishead show at the Cameo theater in South Beach almost 10 years ago. Two hours of old school hip hop routines, leading in to Portishead live. Hopefully they hit Miami at some point in their new album tour.
