So in light of all this business with Premier and the RIAA, I went on a little afternoon Primo listening binge as I worked on shit. The heavy Shack-Up of Speak Your Clout came on followed by Jeru's relentless verse. Disgusting flow riding atop a ruthless track. They could've just ended the track right after it, but that sample right before Lil' Dap comes in (the one Ed Rush samples in the No U-Turn classic Gun Check) is straight money. Lil' Dap was alright, and I guess Guru has to come in for it to be a Gangstarr joint, but Jeru just murdered it before any one knew what happened. East New York Hip Hop at its finest.
