Slice The Cake

Slice The Cake formed in early 2009 by guitarist/producer Jonas Johansson (Sweden) and vocalist Gareth Edwards (England). The lineup was completed in late 2009 with the addition of bassist and composer, Jack Richardson (Australia). The band began work on writing a full release, taking influences from death metal and hardcore while mixing in orchestral elements, as well as a more technical and melodic approach to song writing. With song writing taking place in three different countries before being recording by each of the members, their debut EP, "Cleansed" (2010), shows a group of musicians intent on making something that will stand out from the crowd.

After The Burial Discography

After The Burial is from Minnesota. I saw them at Summer Slaughter, I thought they were gonna be some lame core band. I guess you can say that about their first album 'Forging A Future Self', but when they hit stage they played most of their songs off their latest album 'Rareform' which I dig quite a lot.
