Ogre is a stoner/doom band from Portland, Maine.
I really like the singers style and voice, and most of their songs tell a pretty awesome story. My favorite song by them is off of their first album, Dawn of The Proto-Man, "Colossus". It's a story about a mechanical being who comes to Earth to save us, but when it is greeted by hostility it end up destroying us.
Their latest album, Plague of The Planet, is only one 40 minute song, so be prepared!
