The Bakerton Group

The last (as far as I know, please enlighten me if you know of others) of my collection of side projects by the members of Clutch.

The Bakerton Group is an instrumental blues jam band and the side project of the stoner rock outfit Clutch. They incorporate elements of blues-rock, psychedelic rock, jazz and stoner rock. Their first EP was (and is) released for free download off their website. The group often 'opens' for Clutch while on tour, or sometimes their songs are played in the middle of the Clutch set.

Funny enough I didn't even know they had released their self-titled 2007 album until writing this post. So now I am glad I did so, and I have something new to listen to.
