Black Breath have carried a prodigious buzz since the release of their debut EP, Razor to Oblivion. The effort, which was reissued subsequent to the band’s signing with Southern Lord, combined the best attributes of hardcore, metal, punk, and thrash. For the band’s first full length recording, Black Breath has amplified their sound into a darker, heavier realm, garnering new influences considerably reminiscent of the Swedish death metal scene.
