With a debut season that included the talents of John Witherspoon (BANG BANG BANG), Regina King, Charlie Murphy, Katt Williams, Xzibit, Mos Def, and Sway Calloway (... and this is my inexplicable head garb); the highly-anticipated return of the comic strip turned animated series enlists an additional (and clutch) set of celebrities voices. Ghostface Killah, Snoop Dogg, Cee-lo Green, and Lil' Wayne are all on board for the second season, which airs October 8th on Adult Swim.
I was already anxiously awaiting the second season, merely by greatness of the first, but now Aaron McGruder just upped the ante. The series took home a Peabody Award last year, but that's all secondary to the glorious quotables of the William's voiced A Pimp Named Slickback.
