Quicksand Discography

Quicksand were an American post-hardcore band from New York City. They were led by former Gorilla Biscuits guitarist and songwriter Walter Schreifels. The band released and EP Quicksand (1990) and two albums Slip (1993) and Manic Compression (1995) before disbanding. In 1997, Quicksand reunited and embarked on a successful tour with the Deftones. Towards the end of the year, they entered the studio to begin work on a follow-up to Manic Compression, but tensions within the band caused them to split up for good.
